I worked with LookFar Labs to design an insurance application for LCI Workers’ Comp, a company that has provided coverage to Louisiana businesses since 1989.

The app streamlines filing claims, tracking claim status, accessing policy information, and finding resources. I designed clear navigation paths and visual cues to guide users through potentially stressful claim situations — turning complicated insurance workflows into straightforward digital experiences.
